Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable time of the stated pickup time. We are not responsible for the quality of food products that are not collected promptly.

• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE;
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY FOOD-RELATED ILLNESS OR ADVERSE HEALTH EFFECTS NOT CAUSED SOLELY BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.

IN ALL CASES, GREEN LANTERN PIZZA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GREEN LANTERN PIZZA IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).

The limitations of liability set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Green Lantern Pizza and you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Lantern Pizza and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
